The Joy Troupe playgroups focus on enjoying our kids and the friendship of other parents and expectant parents while providing enriching, age appropriate experiences for our precious Joys. We have activities for children based on their ages, as well as family social events and the occasional "mom time" event, as well!

The Joy Troupe is for you! In the fine tradition of sharing and creativity, this group promotes simple, age appropriate activities to stimulate the imagination and allow friendships to foster. We believe in the power of the mommy network. Classes and programs for your kids abound, but the Joy Troupe activities let you slow down and savor your children, because YOU set the stage for joyfulness!
We are all about story time, music and movement activities, language development, exploring the outdoors, keeping active, and watching our kids grow and learn together. Whatever your talents, we invite you to share them with us as we work together to enrich our own and our kids' lives.
Join the Joy Troupe today- we have a Dads group, playgroups by year of birth, discussion forums, a baby sitter exchange, and lots of friendly, supportive people for you to socialize with while you build your network. Whether you are new to parenthood, new to the area, or just seeking to broaden the range of experiences you share with your children, this is the group for you.
We do not have member fees. The group is supported by donations, and most of our events are completely free of charge.
