It's so wonderful to get to enjoy our kids every day. We wouldn't trade staying home with them for anything. Who wouldn't want to be the one to be on the spot for all the first words, first steps, and first hugs, to give the comforting kisses after the little boo-boos, and be the one to rest her cheek on that fuzzy little head when it's time for pre-nap snuggle time?

But, what about those times when your kid tears all the books out of the bookcase for the third time today? Or takes off running and then reappears, giggling madly, with one end of the roll of toilet paper in his hand? Bored kids make for stressed out moms, and we all know that if Mama ain't happy... well, like I said, we all know the rest!

Why not join an established, stable moms group and take advantage of the events near you? You and the kiddo get out of the house, you both have fun, and you both make new friends. How cool is that?
