brie
use the highest % fat you can find, cubed
2
cans crescent roll dough
I needed extra for the flowers
1 1/4
cup
apricot jam
1/3
cup
reduced sugar craisins
unsweetened dried cranberries would probably be fine, too.

egg
beaten
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray an 11x7x1.5" casserole dish with non-stick spray.
Unroll one can of the crescent roll dough, and line the inside of the dish, letting the extra overhang the edges.
Add the brie, jam, and craisins.
Top with remaining crescent dough, and embellish as desired.
Brush the top with beaten egg.
Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until the top is browned and the egg is set.
Let stand 15-20 minutes before serving.
